I started in the early 70”s (72) with Rock Magazine.  I did interviews with Keith Richard (Rolling Stones), Dave Mason, which were cover stories, among other interviews.  I also did a cover story on the Watkins Glen Festival.  A 2day event in upstate New York, with just 3 bands performing: The Allman Brothers, The Band and The Grateful Dead.

Then I was production coordinator for producers, Steve Cropper, Steve Smith and Chris Kimsey.  During that time I worked on albums by John Prine, Yvonne Elliman, Booker T & MG’s, Cate Brothers, Doonesberry, Robert Palmer, Detective, and Peter Frampton amongst others. (Ned Doheny, Jerry Williams, Dirk Hamilton, Ray Rivamonte)

With my partner we owned and managed Clover Recording Studio in Hollywood, CA. from 1975 to 1980.  During that time other producers worked there besides the above mentioned including the legendary Tom Dowd.  Other performers who recorded there included Rod Stewart, Keith Moon, (the Keith Moon sessions were 4 songs that included musicians, Ringo, David Bowie, Ron Wood & Klaus Vohrman), The Manhattan Transfer, Bruce Roberts, and many members of Little Feat and Toto.
